OPTICAL PHASE-MODULATOR AND NETWORK FOR SIGNAL TRANSMISSION

An improved method of phase-modulation, based on the principles of stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS), and an optical phase network employing the phase-modulator has been developed. The network is used for the transmission of optical signals (datatransmission).
